1. In good health and fit to follow his/her normal occupation;
2. Agrees to act as a guarantor for the above loan; Guarantor understands that should there be any default on repayments he/she will become liable
for the debt in full.

3. As a guarantor you will become legally responsible for repaying the loan if the borrower defaults.

or proof of business if in business and have it witnessed by an authorised member of staff.
5. We reserve the right to carry out checks on your status through credit reference Bureau

- Confidential information disclosed in this application may be used to conduct a credit check on me at any registered credit bureau or other registered financial institutions.
- A copy of my National ID will be submitted as part of the credit application.
- The Relationship officer may take photographs of me and my personal residence as part of the application process.
- Real People will monitor my payment behavior by researching my records at one or more credit Bureaus.
- Real People will use new information and data obtained from any Credit Bureau in respect of future credit applications.
- I authorize Real People to share my credit history with the registered / authorised Credit Bureaus.
